Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

  • We understand your appointments are very important.
  • Your appointment is reserved just for you, at the time of your booking.
  • We understand that emergencies happen, and request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
  • If you forget to cancel, we are unable to fill that slot. We respectfully reserve the right to charge late cancellation fees.

Cancellation / No Show Fees

  • A cancellation fee applies where we have not received at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
  • Less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 25% of the booking service charge.
  • Failing to turn up to a booked service will incur a charge of 50% of the booking service charge.
  • Repeated late arrivals will incur a 50% booking service charge, and deposit for further appointments.

Late Arrivals

Sometimes, life throws us challenges. We understand this and will keep a 15 minute window open should you be late for your appointment. If possible, please call to let us know.

Appointments Confirmations, Texts & E-Mails

As an extra service for you, we will confirm your appointment by either e-mail or text in the period up to your appointment. If we are unable to reach you, please remember that the responsibility for remembering your appointment is yours.
